Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging. Once the box is opened or the furniture is assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.

• Product received within the last 7 days
• Original packaging is intact and unopened
• Product is unused and unassembled
• Damaged or defective products received in transit
• Wrong product delivered

• Product box has been opened or packaging is damaged by customer
• Product has been assembled or used
• More than 7 days since delivery
• Custom-made or made-to-order products (unless defective)
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

1. Log into your account and open the order
2. Click "Request Return" and select a reason
3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
4. Once approved, we arrange free pickup from your address
5. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the product

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• Prepaid orders: full refund within 5-7 business days
• COD orders: the 30% advance is refunded to your bank account
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
