Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using vikifurniture.com or placing an order. These terms govern your relationship with Viki Furniture.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using vikifurniture.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is what you will be charged.
  • Product images are representative. Actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen calibration and lighting.
  • Made-to-order items are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once production begins.

3. Placing an Order

  • By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
  • Order confirmation via email does not guarantee fulfilment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or pricing errors.
  • If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Payment

  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and EMI via Razorpay.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a 30% advance payment at checkout.
  • All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.
  • In case of a failed transaction where money is debited, please contact us. Refunds for failed transactions are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.
  • Please inspect your order on delivery. Report any visible damage within 24 hours with photographs.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Our return policy is described in detail on the Returns page. In summary: 7-day returns on unused items in original packaging.
  • Made-to-order and customised items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including product images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Viki Furniture.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Viki Furniture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
