Viki Furniture delivers across India. Serviceability varies by pincode — check your pincode on any product page to confirm availability. We support both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) depending on your location.

All products ship as flat-pack ready-to-assemble (RTA). Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Exact estimates are shown on product pages after entering your pincode.

All Viki Furniture products are ready-to-assemble (RTA) and ship flat-packed. Each box includes all required hardware, fittings, step-by-step instructions, and a QR code linking to an assembly video. Most products assemble in 30-60 minutes using basic tools (screwdriver, hammer). No drilling or woodworking skills required.

We ship via trusted logistics partners including Safexpress, Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, Ecom Express, and XpressBees. The courier is assigned based on your location and product size for the fastest delivery.

Once dispatched, you will receive the courier name and AWB tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order at vikifurniture.com/orders/track.
