Warranty Policy

All Viki Furniture products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use.

• Manufacturing defects in the particle board or laminate
• Missing or defective hardware and fittings supplied in the box
• Structural failures under normal indoor use (joints, edges, panels)
• Premature peeling, bubbling, or de-lamination of the laminate finish
• Misaligned pre-drilled holes that prevent proper assembly

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading from sunlight)
• Damage from improper assembly or modifications by customer
• Water or moisture damage — particle board is moisture-resistant but not waterproof
• Swelling from prolonged exposure to humidity or water leaks
• Damage from overloading shelves beyond stated weight capacity
• Damage caused during shifting or relocation after assembly
• Minor texture or shade variations in the laminate finish (these are not defects)

2. Include clear photos of the defect
3. Our team will assess the claim within 48 hours
4. If approved, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost
